Restaurant PURiNO, Mönchengladbach (Schloss Rheydt)

Although we had reserved, we had to wait about 40 minutes for a free table. At the same time, we were tightly crowded in the gigantic forecourt of the restaurant with about 15 other guests, who were the same. The restaurant management was striving, but clearly overwhelmed. It was no longer asked for the name or time of the reservation, but only the number of currently available free places was called into the round of the waiting. No table decoration, very loud, table lamp went out and had to be replaced several times. The delicious food has been used to us. However, probably due to the external circumstances (even in the old Purino, the negative experiences have often been made on a free table despite reservations of very long waiting times and the high noise level of this restaurant no longer visit. Cosy eating is different;

Table for 5 persons, children's chair and dog take announced. On arrival there was a table for four people, a person should have been in the hall. It was then implemented on note. Among other things, a Bambini court was ordered to EUR 0.00, a full-fledged noodle portion was calculated for an adult. The restaurant management seemed to be overwhelmed, the funktoinsteams were not familiar with their own system. The runners were nice and did their job. There's plenty of air up there.

After the renovation, the constriction is more living space, not like a hall. The menu is smaller, more exclusive and very thoughtful. We enjoyed it very well and the staff was very friendly and helpful and gave good tips.

We liked it very well after conversion to purino. It looks much more comfortable and the noise level is no longer as strong as before. We like to come back!

Too loud, new ambience very unbeautiful, service catastrophic, drinks come much too late, toilets dirty and smell development in the guest room
