I invited friends at raphaêl to celebrate my birthday, and among them was a chef and I had to surprise him. Having already had several gastronomic evenings at raphaêl, memorable evenings, I was sure of my choice!We had dinner on the terrace, pleasant by this warmth. From the aperitif, the festival of flavours was at the rendezvous: a very good rose with fresh tomato bruschetta and truffles (mella-generals..). A delight!Then, astonishing entry: octopus sausage (to be discovered), the squash boughs were also very good and light.Then, came the dish! unusual and surprising: simental beef fillet, anchovies and marjolaine sauce, a slaughter! This is indeed a relatively new restaurant in Cogolin and one that I hope will do well, the food was reasonable but the service was not. Despite the fact that they were completely booked in advance for February 14th there was only one person to...cope with the service, bar and bills............a job with which she struggled to the detriment of all. We will visit again to see if a less taxing evening brings an improvement in the service since the prices reflect a more positive experience.
A delightful discovery in Cogolin, this new restaurant is excellent; charming service, delicious food and a different menu to the standard south of France fare....we sat outside in the little courtyard but there is an interior space, with chic modern decor and a small bar.....very...good all round
I was pleasantly surprised because the look out doesn't make it very craving, the place seems cold. But when we're in there, waitresses are very nice and helpful. The food is not bad and the reasonable taris. It just lacks a terrace or outdoor for the summer

Thank you to raphaël and celine for organizing the meal of 80 people! a great evening an exceptional meal all the plates are distributed empty! a great dj that was present!We had our dream wedding! again thank you for your wonderful meal and organization!
very appreciated our meal. all fresh and homemade. the choice is limited, but their good sign, each dish is prepared with care and attention (you can see the cook through the glazed servierluke) we will return to any case.
they eat here a few times and never got disappointed. as a group of girls we had the menu du jour at midday. cripple and cafe gourmand. amazing. great service and friendly staff. highly recommended.
I recommend this restaurant. the dishes are excelent and original like the octopus sausage or the octopus daube. Service is good. Go ahead, you won't be disappointed!

super welcome and very good lunch the noon with this formula with gourmet coffee. a card with choice. pleasant terrace at the back of the restaurant
