We had booked a double room for 3 nights. We were very satisfied: the room was sufficiently large, the bathroom unusually large with window. Large selection in the minibar, also snacks and a kettle with instant coffee and tea, was refilled daily. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was bright. We could not understand the criticisms which we had read in the reviews before our arrival at the hotel. The repeatedly criticized stairs from the main road up to the hotel is ultimately a approx. 70 m long, small alley with a total of 12 very shallow steps, which are completely unproblematic to manage even with luggage. It was chosen by a friend of mine as a meeting point for a coffee so I was only able to taste one of their typical chestnut desserts. Whoever served me was a little dry and put the plate on the table without a place setting, I think he was tired. I would have expected a slightly warmer welcome for being a typical Sardinian place. The music was very nice and the outside area is pleasant. In the end I managed to get a smile from him. I'm curious about the cuisine which seems appetizing and very competitively priced for their extremely original menu. I'll be back soon to try the typical Sardinian dishes and I hope to be welcomed with a nice smile!
For the price, considering being in Switzerland, on the lake, it's not bad. I found breakfast pleasant (apart from the coffee). The cleanliness is good for everything except for one thing: the bathroom vent (without windows) was really filthy. The fan is inside the shower cabin and I recommend paying more attention. For the rest the welcome was kind and adequate
