very good restaurant and a great professionalism and a lot of rigor in their work I always said for criticism was always easier than the work .... so little man in blue with his little outfit eats in your bowl a good little cassoulet or other can that you have to eat all the days at home or change trade and gives courses in restoration to become Mr master chef
