The entrance, the corridor, the staircase, the toilet, and the whole restaurant simply stink of the most diverse flavors. Smoke, grease, perfume, WC wastewater. The pizzaiolo and the steward are real neither wash your hands nor disinfect them when you drive your cars to the parking lot and/or the garage after lunch. Pizza is baked and the guests are served. The guests and their health have to take care of that. Corona or any other diseases send greetings The food is of the lowest quality but what can you expect from such a restaurant. The pizza is of the lowest quality, as each frozen pizza is a gourmet dish. All other dishes are just horrible and the cooks would better look for another job....
Nice cozy hotel. Reasonably priced for Switzerland. The restaurant is very good however pricey. Transportation is a must here. Not much in the immediate area to see/visit. The train station to Biel is conveniently locate directly behind the hotel and runs every 30 minutes. The hotel staff know a small amount of English however the restaurant hardly knows any.
