just back from an incredible wildbuffet! this means: one of several highlights of the season, i.e. a hunting buffet for giants and on reservation only. pheasant, chamois, hirsch, hirsch, wildschwein, first served cold, with pâtés and a festival of homemade local...Salads, then hot, with boiled apples and pears, kartoffels and late zli (egg pastas, above all accompanying the creamy) not a single foreigner in itself. hardly a French-speaking Swiss. here is the kingdom of hard ladies, smiling eleven and great young. our older son discovered the place on a bike tour last summer and thought we could and reserved. we were already the second time after a hike here in the summer terrace. both of them were just half the places occupied. the service staff makes you leave a very unprofessional impression, as it simply ignores new arriving guests. both of us are after approx. 15 minutes left unthinkable. for the relief, however, it is said that we did not call extra after operation, but it was very good to see that we were sitting on a not served table because of the not exactly full operation. restaurant in a very nice rural setting. huge terrace. typical wooden interior. you are welcomed by a smiling and very pleasant family. the menu is varied, traditional dishes. during hunting, the card is very provided. the prices of the wines defy any competition what is to be noted. In short, a great address that is worth stopping.
the local is located directly at the railway station of the same name. a very beautiful gasthof with children's playground and pet park. a really nice outing place. the view from the black water bridge must not be missed. that is spectacular and offers a view of the sense and the black water.
We were sent away at 5:15 p.m. because everything is supposed to be reserved. It was 1/2 empty. Coincidentally, a table became available. It took some time before we were served. When we went back 30 minutes later, all the tables were empty. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
