Sonnegg - Reservar una mesa

I was unfortunate to have had no train from Lucerne to merlischachen due to bad weather. I took a bus to Meggen but then I needed either to walk or take a taxi. I stopped at this restaurant frazzled and in need. I was keen...to have something to eat, toilet, and then find my way to where my hotel was. The waitress was so asinine that I ended up leaving without food as she refused to help me with a taxi and kept telling me there was a bus stop near. Disgraceful.

Alli wo gern meh als nur guet esse went sötted da ane. Es isch en traum! Ich empfehle es nur ! Esse top , Dessert sowieso. Evernote who wants more than just good Food should visit this Place. It's a Dream, I just recommend...it! Food Top, Dessert also

Sonnegg was wonderful. We sat out on their balcony and looked at Lake Luzern and the Alps. The veal sausage and rosti and a dish with a rosti covered in cheese sauce and an egg was to die for. Definitely recommend!

Restaurant has a nice Terrace with great View from the Lake and Mountains. Great Local Dishes and Meat specialities. Portions are big and food very tasty acompanied by friendly service.

We walked from Luzern to Meggen along the lake and did a stop for a lovely Sunday lunch. The food was star! Delicious.
