Stars is a typical inn on the countryside, just steps from the Thörishaus village railway station. I had dinner on the terrace, which offers a boring view of the neighboring apartments, but also beautiful views of the Alps. The service is fast and efficient. However, the renter seemed to be under constant haste, which back and forth, between tables, bar, kitchen, etc! This does not contribute to a relaxed eating atmosphere! The menu focuses on traditional Swiss specialities and seasonal products. As a starter I chose the asparagus salad, which proved very disappointing: a few green leaves, a few asparagus... and a lot of corn! We were in this inn and was disappointed, you might have an intelligent key to the door, but you will step in 1979 when you enter the room. It was nothing like the pictures on the booking page! The outlets would not accept our adapters, the shower and wc were in the smallest room ever, the TV was just a little bigger than my sat nav, no WiFi in the room it was down, but the room was very clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good, but not good. Does Switzerland have the same charge as a coke for tap water?? Overall, it was a disappointing place to stay.
at the registered visit, with our guest, is staring at the restaurant, everything went wrong. we have waited about 15-20 minutes in the full gastronomy until we get to see the chef for the service. but we were not greeted, there was no excuse for the long wait! except for the tasty salad, the buoyant eating was not a palate.When leaving the local the wetin n. has seen us, but it was so much in stress, otherwise she would have told us quite sure to look back and say to us!We will visit the restaurant later again, because the situatuiones were safe!
Wir hatten hier sehr viel Glück und konnten ca. um 19.00 Uhr noch einen Tisch für 20.00 Uhr ergattern. Das Rehschnitzel inkl. den Beilagen war sehr fein abgeschmeckt. Angenehme Ambiance und sehr tüchtiges Personal. Gerne werde ich beim Vorbeifahren hier einen weiteren kulinarischen Stop einlegen.
