Animal welfare is a foreign word. Gänsestopfleber in the menu Karussell Dortmund in 2021. Everything very nice and delicious, creative cuisine. Beautiful place for Sunday excursion. Big minus: Gänsestopfleber on the map of the menu Carousel. The product from the poor gates of the geese is not part of our civilized society. The frog legs were abolished for an eternity. .Thus 1 star
