Restaurant Taverna Italiana

Came here for lunch and loved this place. Beautiful outdoor patio with cool ocean breezes. Chopped salad was excellent but not really chopped. Pizza was not the best we've had (Angelina's and Ortica better) but it was clearly in the top 4-5 in OC. When you combine the great food with the beautiful setting and exceptional service this place is a great experience and we will be back for dinner

On a cold and rainy Sunday night we found this cozy trattoria very inviting. The insalata mista was dressed to perfection and the pizza just perfect. If you love wood fired thin crust pizza served hot with perfectly balanced toppings you will love this Taverna. On a nice day dining on the deck would be quiet and as if you were part of a picture postcard - so very marvelously Murten!

3 of us had a very pleasant evening sitting outside with friends on a balmy early Autumn eveningThe service was prompt, helpful and very friendly, especially with the owner speaking several languages, and changing seamlessly from one to anotherThe 2 pizzas that my friends ordered were good, and my seafood pasta was deliciousI would thoroughly recommend Pizzeria Taverna

small pizzeria in the heart of murten’s altstatt. eating was good, the wee bit too cold but the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, it's a little bit loud inside this local and we had a table right in the toilet, which was very annoying. it has very well doors there but the guests read these doors constantly open, so very cold air flowed in. i came to eat in Taverna couple of times and I am quiet satisfied with the service and the total organisation. The atmosphere is warm and gives you a good feeling as a guest. they really offer great pizza. I ate in other restaurants but...that is just exceptional. the only thing is to say Bravo.

Visited this restaurant with work colleague, on recent business trip. Ordered salad starter, and petite pizza Napoli, I was not dissatisfied, and portions were just right. Presentation and originality, typically Italian, rustic.... Would visit again.....

Good quality food at reasonable price located within the "old town". Service was reasonable. It took a while to order however food arrived quickly once order was taken. As is fairly normal in Switzerland drink prices were high.

After a nice walk around Morat lake we wanted a simple but tasty dinner. The pizza at Taverna restaurant is good and made in a wood stove, which gives a delicious taste and a dough soft. Reserva una mesa ahora

We go there every week with colleagues and we always have good menus (3 choices) And even if the menu are not convincing, there are some good pizza!

I went at this place i found here is tha best pizza.my family ordered fresch pasta was also very testy.staf is very frendly.i will go back.
