Restaurant Trofana Alpin

Wir suchten ein Platz für 2 Personen und eine nette Damen beschied uns, dass das Restaurant leider voll besetzt wäre sie uns aber in einem anderen Raum/Restaurant des Hauses noch einen Tisch anbieten könnte. Wir landeten etwas verdutzt in der Trofana Tenne (ab 10 Uhr eine Disco) Sie erklärte uns, man habe das ganze Konzept geändert und bat eine Mitarbeiterin uns einen Tisch einzudecken und verschwand. Das Eindecken sah dann so aus, dass man von einem für 4 Personen gedeckten Tisch (ohne Tischdecke mit Plastikuntersetzer) einfach 2 Gedecke entfernte. We've had dinner at Trofana Alpin Restaurant twice before but this was about 10 years ago. It felt like it was yesterday, nothing has really changed. But I mean this in a good way :-)We had the Fondue Chinoise and the portions are huge. Lots of meat, baked potatoe with sour cream, French fries, sauteed vegetables, pickled vegetables and 6 different sauces. Everything was great.My husband managed to squeeze down a portion of pancakes with ice cream which was also great.Our son had sausages with rice and vegetables, nothing fancy, but he was happy enough.
