a restaurant that scores above all in the area of Take-away. the portions are large and worth the price. With my office nearby, i often pick-up pasta dishes from Tschingg and have not been disappointed ever. Value for money is great, staff is friendly only the queue is sometimes a bit long but hardly ever took me more than 5 mins waiting. For a quick bite after shopping in Zurich, i can only recommend this place.

Crowd is mostly students both from University & school! You get great pasta for little money! well worth it. Not the biggest array of choice but good quality, simple but good and changing daily sauces to choose from.
from time to time when you have lust on pasta, you could visit tschinng. price ratio also corresponds to quality. sometimes you have to stand for a long time, but I don't think that's so bad.
We just had a bowl of pasta each for CHF 14, a reasonable portion and very tasty. There is a cover charge of CHF 2.50for eating in but this restaurant is still a relative bargain in Zurich.
wonderful color case al dente with perfect sugo, a pleasure for ch 10.80. uncomplicated and personal very friendly. we have visited the star örlikon.

rarely eat so bad pasta. carbonara smells like cheap eggs. it is so easy to make a good carbonara
