that concludes immediately: that was a completely miserable evening! eating absolutely miserable! the presentations in the internet simply away wrong! in no case recommended!So now from the beginning:We reserved for 14 persons à la carte. we were the only guests in the restaurant in this period. for aperitif we ordered a glass martini for everyone. the waitress took up the order and came after some time of hectic looking later with the statement to us: "they no longer have so much martini, if they could for each one half and whether it would be possible to serve it in a waterglass, because not enough martini glasses would have been in stock.2 Then they would only have the half to calculate it (in the calculation we later appeared full! some time after the reception of the feed wishes the waitress gave us a bad news from the kitchen: the Christmas gooses, which were explicitly praised in the internet and shown in the small menu, which many of us had chosen, were not in stock. the cook had to throw away every day soaps and would therefore only prepare them for preorder. this statement was surprising for an early Christmas evening. there would have been a note in the reservation very helpful, then we would have preserved the goose bumps. well, we didn't want to spoil the family night together and redirected what was not possible for everyone in the limited menu for satisfaction.3. the ordered drinks needed a series of questions and a lot of time! when serving the drinks, a water bottle was also dropped on the tablet and sprayed my man's clothes wet. he took it with humor and was happy that it was only water.4. the appetizers were served gradually after a considerable waiting period. unfortunately, for example, the suppe was also only lukewarm.5. as first meals after a further longer waiting period the children's dishes were served, then a whole thing was nothing. then again, with some waiting time, an eating was applied in between after the other. To not let the food get colder, the first began to eat. a common eating was not possible. the first had been done for a long time and the others were still waiting. no eating in itself. the waitress came again later and asked us what is missing. from the kitchen we were told that it would continue. the three hungry waited bravely. when the food was still served, the disappointment was great: the ordered roulade was still frozen in the middle! .so much to the fresh kitchen...6. with it the transition to the thema "quality of food" is made. for example, the gänsesülze was bitter and tasted sourish with light tingling. the heirschgulasch was burned and had a strange aftertaste. in the consumers, the suspected that the foods were perhaps spoiled.The potato vegetable pan was dust-dried with burned rose cabbage. well everyone has another taste, but here neither fresh, nor high-quality or even regional products were processed. the kitchen management urgently needs to rethink. professionalism looks clearly different!The end: the personal fell on the unmistakable of the guests, we were offered to a temper. we agreed. the brazens were still ice-cold in the middle, so no real pleasure and rounded off the picture. There was no card payment with the foundation for a billing sum of a few hundred euros: "without it being to get such a device." (.wen wundert`s), accepted.We had chosen the restaurant because of the beautiful locality and the ambiente and we were looking forward to a nice evening together. this was thoroughly spoiled for us.The potential associated with the historical building is not made by the unprofessionality of gastronomy. an overtax was clearly noticeable during the entire stay at the kitchen and the service. we wanted to inform us in the " kufa" during a walk about the upcoming programs and discovered the still relatiw new restaurant bischofsschloss. the building from the year 1353 is the oldest preserved in Fürstenwalde. In the local only dishes from animal husbandry with ingredients from the region come to the table, the wine card contains bio wines from the weingut neumer. all served dishes whether fish or meat tasted very good. the service is unobtrusive, pleasant. this is a locality that does not have to hide in forest forests and is worth all the way.

it was very good again. the second time here and the second time more than enthusiastic. changing map and to ostern a very delicious 3 courses menu which does not wish open reading. more than recommended.

We were spontaneous in town and wanted some food. great ambience; nice owners and a special menu that is really otherwise only to be found in the big city. Thank you for the nice time with you.
