Beim Tandoori Chicken ist die Sauce wichtig. Es muss schon der wohl ausgewogene Tandoori-Geschmack sein - sonst wär's nur ein langweiliges Hühnerbein. Aber noch wichtiger vielleicht, dass und wie das Fleisch in Yoghurt eingelegt wurde. Beides stimmte hier. Es war einfach lecker!
