the sour roast with red wort and knödeln probably came semi-warm direct from the deep-cooling chest, over the microshaft on the teller: the red wort boiled, disgusting in taste, the dumplings with a beitaste, which asked to stop. the meat boiled dead and tasteless. the ofenkartoffel with crimped square and smoked salmon was filled with a mixture of ewtl. quark and criminal butter, the smoked salmon lay sweet on something that recalled salat. of course without dressing. conclusion: here the price of performance is not wise. the service was amazed at our complaint and not at all accommodating. frech! This restaurant was recommended by our hotel manager so we booked there for a Saturday night, it had to be an early booking as they stop serving at 8 a.m.! The food was ok, but not anymore, the service was not brilliant, as the woman spent more time on the phone or the computer, like the few customers in. There was also an annoying little dog who was allowed to come to every table that asked for food! The only mediocre meal we had throughout our stay!
We decided to have dinner here during our travel through Mosel valley. Of all the restaurants we visited during our vacation this was the biggest disappointment. A beautiful view, but the food was really bad and the service even worse. It took over an hour to prepare some salmon and meat and when it came it was overcooked and dry. They don't accept cards and can not give you a proper receipt. Go somewhere else!
We went for a lunch snack. We chose a ham plate, a ham plate. We waited for an hour, then had to ask when the dish would be served and when it finally came, it looked terrible: 2 old slices of bread, drown with margarine and 2 slices of ham. That's why they charged us 13 euros. A scandal!
