Restaurant Wattenkieker

If we're in Cuxhaven, we'll go to the beautiful promenade in Sahlenburg in the afternoon. Here you can walk wonderfully. When we walked our route, it goes to the Waddenkieker, where you can even sit outside at a place of the summer garden in a wind-protected manner, as glass walls are available at half height. You have a beautiful view of the North Sea and can take a coffee and a piece of the diverse cakes offered there. For us the Wattenkieker belongs to the Cuxhaven stay.

Friendly staff, menus in German and English. The usual Spargle special, but the veg and potato broth was tasty, and lightly pan-fried fish was excellent. Finished with apple strudel. Nice????

The quality and the service is good to excellent. If you like to have some special fish you may ask for it one day before and the Chef will do as much as he can
