Restaurant Yamamoto Sushibar

yamamoto is a small shop/restaurant, but the quality of food is excellent. on request they offer gluten-free soy sauce. in portions is generous and the prices are absolutely justified. service staff is attentive and friendly. I did not ask this time about any indications regarding food hygiene, but that will definitely do with my next visit. However, they have a “show” where the Sushi/Sashimi and Maki dishes are prepared; when I watched the cook that treated the food, I did not go into the details about allergens or where ramen/tempura dishes are made. most articles on the menu are gluten-free and allergens are highlighted according to the legal regulations.
