Another gem in Alschwil!Unfortunately we arrived hererather late but just in time for the last orders, making this quite a quick visit.However my Vitello Tonnato was delicious and even more so was my main dish of homemade strozzapreti with quality saucisse and steinpilz (porcini).My eating partner was equally blown over by the italian sausage with oven baked vegetables and potatoes.As a digestive I had the grappa Nardini which was positively bursting with fruitiness (but not sweetness) - a beautiful experience for my palate!
