Restaurant Zur-nuerburg

Did not look like much from the outside, it is just located near a castle entrance, a 10 minute walk from hotel am tiergarten, where we stayed and were somewhat under amazed by our meals. The rear of the restaurant is home to some outstanding panoramic views of rich green valleys and a killer sunset. The food was moderately priced, burgers start at €9.90 but are huge, and very tasty! The schnitzel is also highly recommended, almond and bread crumb coating is lovely and nice sauce. Not much at all for veggies, just pasta but the garlic, spinach and cream penne was delightful. Overall, it was worth the walk up the hill although there is a car park.

Stayed in Nürburg for a few days with friends.Haven't been here for a number years but friends suggested going.Quiet so walked in and sat down straight away at a table in the big window with great views (group of 4).Service was good.Food was good.Had the schnitzel, a salad and the grillehax Price was about average for the area.Definitely go back!

We tried both snitzel and hamburgers. Everyone was very happy about the food and restaurant. Nice view, much food and nice staff. Prices was moderate, so u will have much foid for u money. I will visit them again.

Second time I have been. This visit was much better. Very friendly staff, we walked in on a Saturday night without booking and were looked after brilliantly. Great food and great prices. Reserva una mesa ahora

A great place to eat during your visit to the nurburgring. Perfect view, Great food. During Championship races at the ring you can hear the motors all the way to the top of the montain.

Good food, good service, nice view. Nothing bad about this place. It's not the most cosy restaurant, but it's ideal for a family lunch after visiting the Nurburg Castle.

Really delicious schnitzel. I got the schnitzel with almond and holland daise sauce. Quick service. Food was Well prepared and really tasteful

I live in Germany and this place not only has a great view but great schnitzel on top of that! Standard beer selection and nice service.
