The food is generally good. You do get a fair amount of poncey people here but I suppose that happens when you have a reputation. The female staff are excellent and switched on. The males are young, inadequate yoof with the attendant sneery demeanour. No point asking them for anything. The cats. There are several mangy looking cats that are not discouraged. They beg for food and idiot customers feed them. I had the misfortune to see one of the cats struggle with a big bone, gagging and drooling.

A quaint restaurant with delicious food. They place 6-8 appetizer/tapas dishes on the table when you arrive and then will take away any you don’t want and you are only charged for the ones you eat. My husband said the pork cheeks were delicious. My fish soup was very tasty.

Our family has been coming for years and we make sure to visit each trip. This is a classic! You absolutely must go and don’t skip a course. I highly recommend the pork with little clams and please don’t skip the traditional desserts!
