I come regularly to lunch or have a taste at home The girls of resthes eat when I pass to Saintes and the welcome is always pleasant and warm. Salads are tasty, delicious homemade desserts and it's quite the kind of places where you don't see time spending so much you feel good (a bit like home finally) The small interior terrace is perfect in summer for a cool break.
What a disappointment after having seen the previous opinions. We are told that the 2 salads are not provided in the formula at 17€. The clafoutis of the formula and the quiches (size of an entry) left 3 people on their hunger. The desserts are correct but small. In short a very bad amount/price ratio. Especially since we tested in Saintes excellent addresses.
This restaurant also tea lounge held by a very friendly female duo is worth a visit. It enjoys the homemade fact at the return of the market: salads, salted pies and delicious soups with seasonal products without forgetting tasty desserts! In the beautiful season, the shaded terrace and the beautiful albizia will end up filling you for a quiet break...
From the way to Saintes, I discovered by paving this restaurant with a beautiful courtyard. The kitchen is worked there and the products are seasonal and local! The team is very welcoming and good advice on visits to the region. I recommend it! Reserva una mesa ahora
A nice gourmet address to advise: beautiful salads (which you can choose from in the main dish), delicious and nourishing desserts, you don't come out of the table with hunger. And the frame is great: on a small place protected from sunlight!
A great welcome, home-made cuisine, healthy and very good. What's more, there are all the ingredients to eat well and spend a good time in a nice well-kept restaurant, with charming people.
