Resto Bistro Rumeur

We went for my husband’s birthday and sat on the restaurant side because we had a minor with us. I have been on the 18+ bistro side a few times and really enjoyed it; I didn’t realize that there was a world of difference between the two. The decor is nice, but lights are so bright, it really takes away from the atmosphere. The service was so slow and bad, is was almost funny. It was a slow night and the servers were basically just hanging out together in the back and we had to keep getting up to go find them to ask for help trust me, we aren’t fussy, we waiting patiently for a long time listening to them talk before we finally caved and went to find them. Then, the plates didn’t all come out...

This was my favorite place to order on uber eats. I used to order almost everyday. Stopped using uber eats now. My power went out all day so I tried to call in for a takeout order but the staff wouldn't even take my order. Just kept putting me on hold and transferring me around. Unless you have uber eats or are a french guest at the hotel I guess you're not allowed to buy food here ?‍

Food was good from my end, my boyfriends steak was tough, and his fries seemed they were from frozen, but the service was awful, it was a Thursday evening and we were there for an hour and a half for each a drink (2 for me) and a meal. To order, to get another drink, to get our bill we had to call them over because they wouldn’t come over to the table, we do not plan to come back.

Every time we eat at this restaurant we are never disappointed. The menu is quite varied and all the dishes look exquisite.

We had a wonderful time with cocktail wizard JS at the bar. Cozy atmosphère and excellent service.
