a party with friends with a not too late reservation, a nice place by the river but a disaster for the quality of the meal and the time of the service arrival at the restaurant does not go badly parking is great. Once inside, it's spoiled, the waitress designated for our table simply ignores us, after 15 minutes another waitress pity us and brings us water and draw our table. (bizarre for a reservation made on the day before)The suite, just 2 hours waiting to be served a fish and chips the fish too cooked, hard as a boot and fries that could have served as a fuel to a diesel engine so they were rigged with relatively little fresh oil. Just the waitress, her smile and her kindness has avoided...

We made reservations as we were time sensitive by going by boat. When we arrived we waited to be seated but no one came over to us. We tried get staff attention but were completely ignored. After about half hour we sat down. Waiter friendly but took awhile to get our drinks and got up to find the menu ourselves. Food took well over another hour after that. We tried getting home by boat in the dark.The food prices were average but the food was amazing. They need to focus on customers better.

Although the menu was chosen in advance (one week) there was not enough parmesan cheese for the escargots so it was substituted for cheddar cheese. The shrimp linguini was very oily not creamy so I suspect they ran out of cream and substituted for oil. Also the garlic bread was «extremely» HARD like a rock. And the shrimps were over cooked, very rebury . Not a good place for group xmas diner. The desert was served on cardboard plates and vey very small pieces of cake .

They need more help, service was louzy. I don't know if she (the server) was disappointed that we didn't order drinks instead of water but she came with a pitcher of water and slammed it on the table with plastic glasses. Didn't even pour the water. It was a friend of the owner that was there that helped out to clear the table. Was not impressed at all with the service Reserva una mesa ahora

We wanted to drop off some people on the dock and the dock attendant was RUDE and would not allow us to do it. Boaters are always friendly and helpful. It would have taken minutes and we would have been on our way without any disruption to any other boaters. We will not EVER eat at that restaurant if this is the way they treat potential customers.

We appreciated our waitress for the service and being attentive to our orders. On a hot day in the Summer like today, ice cold beer was much needed and refreshing. Nachos added the flavour. Location by the Ottawa River was a plus and live music made it a nice touch to the atmosphere too.

The service is slow. cocktails dilute a chance the portions of the entrances and meals are generous. the road is under construction and the dust is at the meal it is not their fault but think about it. booking it is full. But the food is good.

I don't hesitate to recommend this restaurant with Wi-Fi and a dock with great views of ottawa rockcliffe. service and food are impeccable at all levels! Reserva una mesa ahora

we enjoyed an excellent dinner on the terras accompanied by a very good service. very good value for money.

Always with a smile plus good wine and a very good choice on the menu. The ambiance is friendly and rustic.
