RGB Zurich Airport

Don 't be fooled by the name Radisson, especially don 't be fooled by the name airport . I paid I don 't know how many euros extra to buy an airport view room , it 's a joke, you have to stick your head out of the window and turn it 90 degrees like an owl to see the view. The reception staff do not know about the airport view, they ask if there is another hotel or Radisson Blu. A disgraceful hotel. The big park in front of the hotel is free for McDonald 's customers, hotel customers cannot use it, you, as a customer, pay 25 francs to use the indoor park. There is no non-carbonated option among the waters put in the room. It 's a ridiculous hotel, what was done was beyond fraud. what a pity.

Das Hotel war einfach zu finden. Die Verbindung zum Flughafen ist top! Die Zimmer sind einigermassen sauber (bei der Kaffeemaschine war nichts geputzt und es lagen leere Kafeerahmbehälter herum... . Die junge Dame am Empfang war überaus freundlich und super motiviert. Danke für ihren tollen Service! Das Essen widerrum war sein Geld nicht Wert im Restaurant. Es kam Teilweise schon kalt an den Tisch und die Drinks waren auch eher schlecht als gut. Bei der Nachfrage ob man es nicht ändern könnte, hiess es es ginge im Moment nicht anders... Naja... essen werden wir dort definitiv nichts mehr.

Stayed one night at the Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport for business. Really enjoyed it there. Room was nice and tidy. My colleagues and I had a fun late night session in the lobby. However the best was the staff and especially Weronika who sorted out all my plenty issues. Thanks a lot!

Rude and slow front desk staff. They could do well to take a leaf out of the opposite Subway staff's conduct. Rooms: Decent sized rooms but toilet and bath area are separate, a bit inconvenient. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet Reserva una mesa ahora

Just a box standard airport hotel. Our room was OK there was a kettle missing and the safe did not work. Could have done a bit better being a Radisson hotel. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3

Very clean, friendly staff... near the airport but great sound proofing... I had a really great nights sleep. I was well rested for the flight next morning

The room was not cleaned on two consecutive days. Cleanliness average, amenities average, parking card repeatedly didn't work.
