Rh House - Reserva de mesa

This place is awful! I ordered steak bites and truffle fries, hoping to enjoy a fresh meal when I got home since I placed my order in the parking lot. Unfortunately, the steak bites were cold and the truffle fries were stale and cold as well. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but when I spoke to one of the staff members, the manager insisted that they do not serve cold food. There was no apology or offer to make things right—just terrible customer service. Overall, this place is truly disappointing!

Initially felt very good about our first visit. Beautiful dining room. Incredible service from Daisy, our waitress. Cocktails were delicious. However the sea bass we ordered came to the table fairly cold. No fault of Daisy's we are sure as other items on the plate were hot. She took it back and got it warmed up but by then my companion lost her appetite. Well try it again but that cold dish put a damper on the evening.

The restaurant is clean and has a wonderful atmosphere with friendly staff. Pete did an excellent job organizing our corporate lunch; the food was prepared on time and served at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend this place! Ryan was also very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, situated at M59 and Crooks on the east side, next to McDonald's and near Chet's.

The waitress was not very helpful; she didn't refill our drinks and the steak was prepared incorrectly. We requested zip sauce for the three people who ordered steak, but she only brought one serving. We kept asking for more. Despite these issues, the food and the atmosphere of the place are great! We had a party of seven, and everything was fantastic. Our waitress was attentive, helpful, and professional. The food was cooked to perfection, served hot, and everyone enjoyed it.

The food was excellent. We had Old Fashioneds to drink and we loved them...very smooth. The risotto we had with our fish, lamb, and steak dinners was very flavorful.

Waitress was very nice along with other staff. However my steak bites were really tough and took alot of chewing. I would have to come back and try the menu again.

We love RH house....great staff, excellent food, ambience is so nice!!! We come there for breakfast on the weekends and dinners with the kids! Reserva una mesa ahora

We absolutely loved our experience here. From the boom boom shrimp, drinks, main course, and two desserts. We will be coming back for more.
