The dishes are good, with fresh products but there is a cruel lack of sauce. There's no. Balance is not there. And it's very, very expensive for what it is. A small white bean soup ladle at the entrance to ...10€ I took fish, the potatoes in the oven that accompanied it was dry and as there was no sauce... the small spuma spoon, is not enough to balance this. The pig, very well done, with his purée. No sauce either. The desserts, the pear poached with a spoon of ice, did not understand why a handful of roasted seeds (too dry) that squandered everything. The cheese cake not very creamy but the potimaron sauce and caramel a delight that saves this dessert. Too bad. I expected better.
