really a great restaurant in the best location, right on a bathe lake and very close to the Rhine, large clean terrace invites you to sit / eat / drink in the open ... the chefin is attentive and friendly and always strives for the guests. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff often changes, which is why the quality of the food is completely fulfilled once to go back and is uncomfortable. we go every half years and see if something has changed due to the atmosphere, it is really very nice here.
Einkehr bei einer Radtour heute. Herrliche Aussicht auf den Badeweiher. Bei bestem Wetter um die Mittagszeit gut besucht. Dampfnudeln mit Kartoffelsuppe und Vanillesoße sehr lecker und günstig. Spaghetti frutti du mare gut, aber nichts besonderes. Service ausgesprochen freundlich trotz viel Arbeit. Leider wird die Besitzerin zum Jahresende aufhören, kein Personal. Das ist richtig schade. Alles Gute für die Zukunft und liebe Grüße.
restaurant with very nice beer garden directly on the Rhine. we are straight with the bike and have eaten very well. the service was very friendly and the service was first class and fast. as today was a steamy day, we had 1 x steamed noodles with wein sauce and 1 x jägerschnitzel. both recommended! tipp for Kurpfälzer radler: over the kollerfähre hin and about the altripfähre back.
While my predecessor is either a notorious fool and a frustrated person, we cannot confirm his statements. We ordered turtles and rag steak with onion medium. The roast tasty, delicate and with a super sauce. Rumpsteak to the point medium. Meat tender! Could be cut with normal knife. Mit Liebe geführtes Restaurant, nette Gäste, mit denen man sofort ins Gespräch kommt. Steaks supergut, jeder Tag besondere Aktionen, z. B. mittwochs Dampfnudeln mit Vanille- oder Weinsauce und Kartoffelsuppe. Früher war das Restaurant kaum besucht, jetzt öfter dort. Preis-/Leistung passt.
