Rib Brothers - Reserva de mesa

I found this restaurant back in June 2022 when I started working in Alsip, and I thought it was fantastic! Today, I was craving some ribs for lunch, so I decided to give them a call. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was really disappointed to find them closed. I'm not sure if it's a temporary situation or a permanent closure, but there was an inspection sticker covering the door frame, preventing entry. I ended up grabbing a $4 daily double from McDonald's, which filled me up without hurting my wallet, but I was really hoping to enjoy the Tips and Link special. Rest in peace, and here's hoping for a comeback... they were amazing.

First time customer, greeted by the owner and wife. They were very friendly. Offered me samples of the pork rib tips, greens and turkey tips. I ordered large tip n link combo. Very good tips you can taste the smoke flavor and tender. Links were very good kind of dry. Greens were very good, corned bread w good too. Hubby got a steak burger he liked it. I will be coming back again to try other things. This is a little hole in the wall but good food. Little pricey but you get what you pay for. I don't mind paying for good food. I drove 25 min to them. Give them a try and their black owned.

Wow, I have to say, this food was absolutely incredible! I was on the hunt for BBQ around here since I usually travel all the way to Sunny's on 76th and Halsted. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the food really impressed me! I ordered for both my mom and myself, and we went with the link and tip combo, along with greens, candied yams, and peach cobbler. Everything was fantastic! I will definitely be returning! The tips were so tender, the greens tasted just like my mom's cooking, and the peach cobbler was loaded with delicious crust! Yes, please! Lol!

So the first time i had this spot was through a friends function and they were so juicy and tender i couldn't believe it could be duplicated. So i asked for the info and ordered on a separate occasion. Swear if it wasn't hitting on all cylinders again. It's so hard finding good bbq but these tips are so good and i have a few spots i like but they don't hit as hard as these. I have not tried anything else on the menu but i will be soon. Well, the rib tips are always good, but the service sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. They were late opening and when I mentioned that fact, the worker said she was late on purpose because her relief is always late. (Huh). Imagine telling a customer that your time is not valued. The front of the place could use a good cleaning, and so could the attire worn by the workers.

Ordered rib tips through Grubhub! Nothing but fat! No meat! Order of fat arrived cold! So called rib tips extremely dry! They didn't put any sauce on tips! Not even on the side! Tasted horrible! Learned my lesson! Will not buy from this place anymore! Insult to injury they have a special phone number... for dissatisfied customers! The mailbox is full!!!! Unbelievable!

Bro who boils turkey links?? Very unpleasant but the ribs was okay. Also it was little to no sauce.
