We had never been there and were told it was as good or better than another BBQ restaurant. It has a clean neat appearance you are greeted by a host who seats you. I like that I can get a margarita there. I ordered a strawberry margarita was not wild about the salted rim the salt over powered the strawberry. The menu has standard BBQ selections. I had a baked potato with brisket. My husband ordered a 3 meat with chicken, sausage, and hot link. The meat was a little dry but had good flavor. The cost was about the same as other BBQ places with meals being any where from $10 $20 per person. Will go again.
The hostess was quite unprofessional; we waited for five minutes before she finally acknowledged us with a half-hearted apology. On a positive note, our waitress was lovely and very attentive. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor and the portion sizes were rather small. However, the Queen with Brisket was excellent and had a delightful blend of spices. It seemed like they were out of several items during our visit. Overall, I'm not sure if I would return.
I have eaten here twice now. Last week ordered a spud it came out cold and dry. So I tried again today same thing cold and dry and my tea had a fly in it when I asked for a fresh tea I didn?t get oh I?m sorry nothing just okay! That was disgusting I?veeaten a rib crib in Texas and other states never had this problem the one here in Oklahoma has poor service and cold food! Lastchance I won?t eat here again.
Ordered online tonight. First time trying RibCrib. No option for ordering BBQ sauce online so assumed the 100 dollar plus order would come with it but no, got home no sauce. Didn?t get the gravy we ordered and my cobbler came in a cup. WHO DOES THAT? cup ocobbler. Wow. Probably not going back. But ending on a positive note, the girl up front was friendly.

We ordered take out on May 4th. 3 sliced brisket sandwiches and 3 fries for 39.25. The brisket was cut very thick and sooo tough we could barely cut it with a knife much less chew it!! And so much fat! It was TERRIBLE!!! ALL ENDED UP IN THE TRASH!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! To many other places in town to eat!
The server was excellent, but the steak was incredibly disappointing—simply awful. There was no seasoning at all, and the supposed medium-rare was either overcooked to the point of being like beef jerky or resembled a lump of coal. Oklahomans know barbecue; I’m not sure what went wrong here.
If you call yourself the rib crib the best thing should be the ribs. Ours were super over cooked and dry! My husband thought he put a bone in his mouth but it was actually the hard dry rib meat! Portion sizes were terribly small, very overpriced. Find someplace better.
Even though the food was cool upon delivery its was falling off the bone I kid you not the coolest most tender brisket and ribs I've ever eaten in my life the juice from the ribs was almost at the end of my arm SOOOO AMAZING

I ordered the Super Spuds, but both potatoes arrived cold and undercooked. I ended up just eating the toppings. I paid $14 for each, and the quality of the food was disappointing.
The mac and cheese potato salad is absolutely delicious. The combination of brisket and sausage is also really enjoyable.
