My personal favorite is the pescado de ajo, or garlic fish. It's simply amazing. Garlic plays a starring role in this dish, as the perfectly cooked, moist fish is generously coated with it. If you’re not a fan of garlic, you might find it a bit overwhelming, but as someone who adores garlic, I absolutely love this meal.
