Table hadn’t been prepared for us even though we booked in advance. Waited 40 minutes for anyone to offer us drinks, drinks arrived and a gin came in a coke glass I asked for a gin glass to be told they have no gin glasses so they poured into a brandy glass.very classy Another drink never arrived at all. I had to call staff to take our order, food came but was slammed down on the tables young girls need to smile more very miserable and obviously cracking under the pressures of being unorganised. The food however was very tasty, but no offer of Parmesan or to check our meals was ok. They took our dessert orders which came but they still had cleared the table of the mains. first, I must say that all the restaurants I was in the staff of ricca were probably the best. they were very pleasant, attentive and made the night such a relaxed evening. second, eating was beautiful, tasty and well presented, the service was fast and well coordinated. the restaurant was very clean and fresh looking, the seating opportunity offers them a good distance that offers them private sphere. Finally the answer they really want, yes the prices were excellent and certainly worth for money, will certainly return. child-friendly, ideal for families, but also for couples who wish this romantic meal.

We turned up unbooked on a Saturday night the weekend about 500 cyclists descended on Newton Abbot for The Dartmoor Classic. Wanting some pre ride Italian RIcca's popped up on trip advisor so we turned up on spec. They squeezed us in it was full and admittedly the service was a bit slow but we were warned so not a problem. Great food and a friendly owner recommended.

I wanted to go to the riccas for so many years after the lockdown, we celebrated the 70th birthday of my wife, the fantastic service, the fantastic food, we sat 30 minutes before the order of the desert, so beautiful, not to hurry. enjoy

Lovely food. Good service. Yes I think them offering you a drink when you first sit down would be better rather than waiting for it, but overall it was great and I shall likely return.
