I pushed a little further because I didn't feel so sure: 'oh, so you get a lot of vegans coming here? Yeah, every day. Okay, then another waiter came by to take our order, I asked him about the wrong soup. No, they do with fish paste, but I'll check. ' and safe enough, fish paste. So we ordered rice noodles tofu vegetable dish. And it smelled like fish! I asked what the broth was, such a strong taste. They use potatoes. They had one of the biggest vegan sushi options I've seen. With tofu and veggie rice bowls or noodle bowls. Even appetizers! Plus very affordable with 3 sushi rolls for $10.50
