Richard's Grinders Of West Springfield

I have always been a fan of Richards! Recently, I placed a catering order for 30 sandwiches with chips, drinks, and cookies. I opted for pick-up and the staff was very friendly, helping me load my car. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches! After I left, I received a call saying they had forgotten to include our water. Since I couldn't return, I suggested they credit me, but they surprised me by going the extra mile and delivering the water to the conference I was hosting. I highly recommend Richards!

This used to be my go to. Loved this place both growing up and until I no longer worked near by. Today I was in the area and excited to go. I ordered the same things I always did. Today the grinder was all bread and hardly any meat, virtually no mayo....very disappointing. Then I ordered 2 grilled chicken feta salads. Chicken was good, hardly any veggies at all IE: 2 small slices of tomato, a few cucumbers, 2 slices of cheese and 1 pepper and NO FETA?!?! Just awful. Never again.

I am a huge grinder fan. I used to frequent Subway or area pizza shops to get them. i discovered Richard's last year and it is now the only grinders i get. The meats are fresh and sliced thin. The bread and the toppings are delicious and fresh. The grinders are very well stuffed. I love the quality and size of the sandwiche s They are very friendly and courteous as well. check it out!
