Richman's Ice Cream

I used to live in this area, and one of the highlights of summer has always been enjoying soft-serve ice cream. Now that I live in Florida, I can confidently say that this place is a must-visit—absolutely 200 percent worth it! One of the first things I crave after landing at the airport is, of course, a cheese steak, followed by Richmond's ice cream. It's authentic and simply the best. So delicious! Happy licking!

I have always been a soft serve ice cream kinds guy and driving past this place quite a few times I decided to try out Richman's. Such a treat to have once in awhile and this spot hit. Vanilla and Chocolate swirl classic is so bomb. Thier menu is insane and the sizes threw me off guard... the regular looked like a double stacked large! Holy..HOLY... HALLELUJAH!

I decided to order a hand-dipped ice cream, but I noticed the girl was dipping the scoop into lukewarm water before serving. As a result, my ice cream, which should have been hard, ended up being softer than soft serve! When I asked her how many scoops were in a large, she seemed confused and replied that it depended.

This neighborhood ice cream shop tends to have a long line, especially after games. The ice cream is a bit overpriced for what they offer. Despite the staff receiving good pay for their service, the “college fund” tip jars have been around for 15 years. I can't help but wonder if anyone ever actually graduates. Reserva una mesa ahora

Never even ordered, the line was too long and the service was excruciatingly slow. Only 2 of the 4 service windows were manned though there appeared to be enough staff. Finally gave up and just bought some ice cream from the gas station across the street.

Never disappointed. My first exposure to ?water ice? was at a Rita?s in Pittsburgh. I didn?t know the history behind the confection. I love to support local businesses. Whenever I?m in Philadelphia I try to get to Richman?s.

I really enjoy this little ice cream place!! Service is fast and customer service is pleasant. Ice cream is delicious! Pricing is a little steep, but it?s worth it. I?ve been here a couple of times and I still like it.

Best soft serve ice had in a very long time. Was delicious! Hands down worth the stop in.
