This restaurant is hit or miss depending on which staff you get. Food tastes good once it gets to the table with the exception of having to ask for fresh fries every... Single.... Visit. The catfish is really good on all you can eat night, but ask foryour refills immediately because it takes about 15-20 minutes to get more at any given time. My biggest frustration is thestaff, watching some staff play on their phone while others can't get to their tables screams of a lack of teamwork and justdon't care attitude. I had to get up and go get my own refills numerous times on several visits. In closing this places food isgood and to that accord I've never been disappointed in that regard, but unl...
I guess it is my fault for ordering something besides a burger at a place supposedly famous for them. But I ordered the BLT with fries and my husband ordered the chicken strips. The chicken was fine and our fries were really good but my BLT was prettyawful. For what ever reason the Texas toast was way over buttered and not very toasted, to make things worse they wrap it up infoil which only made the bread that much more disgusting. I ended up eating the bacon off the sandwich. Bonus point for hotfries and chicken.
I would have probably rated this higher but I got the jam burger and I really didn't like it because of the peanut butter. Everyone else at my table absolutely loved their food. Fries are crispy. The drinks were large and refilled often. Wait staffwas managing the rush quite well. They have a buy-a-meal for someone in need program that I thought was really cool. I don'tlive near here so I doubt I'll be coming back anytime soon but I had a great time.
At Rich's Famous Burgers, the food was decent overall. I tried the 1/2 pound Western Burger along with onion rings from the menu. Unfortunately, the burger bun was soggy and overly buttery. On the bright side, the onion rings were flavorful and enjoyable. However, the service left something to be desired, as the waitress seemed unfriendly and could have been more courteous.

So so delicious ???? I highly recommend going for Catfish Friday, hands down the best deal around! We've been a few times and the food and service is always fantastic ???? Butter cake and Garlic cheese curds w/marinara are two of my favorites but thespicy pickle fries are definitely something you should try as well!
One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The portion of food is tremendous and you can not beat the price for the amount of food you get! Now I'm going to get brave and try the peanut butter and jam burger before I leave this state!
Rich's Famous Burgers has a fantastic ambiance and tasty dishes. I’m definitely coming back, especially because they have a great selection beyond just burgers.
