Real disappointed with the changes they made to some menu items. Their chicken strips are now little chicken nuggets.....for $11. Their french fries got changed up from crunchy perfect fries to the thicker flavorless steak fries and they taste like something that was bought at the grocery store and fried up real quick; I didn't even finish them. What a fantastic venue! David and Joe provided excellent service to my group. I brought 48 people from San Diego to watch Top Gun, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was simply amazing. I love the nostalgia associated with Rick's Cafe, and the theater was not only comfortable but also absolutely stunning. Everyone in my group is raving about their visit. I want to extend my gratitude to David, Joe, and the entire staff at Regency Theater—you made our day trip perfect. P.S. They have the cleanest and best-smelling restrooms ever!
I like coming here with friends and family every so often to grab a bite during our movie! They have a nice selection of beer and wine, and it's not too expensive! Fun little patio, too. You get an exceptional view of San Juan and the train tracks from up there. I love how the name of the restaurant is based on Ricks cafe in Casablanca, too. Great atmosphere. Will recommend to everyone I know for a good time.
We were completely misled... They advertise $6.50 movies on Tuesdays, but that doesn’t apply to the VIP theater! We ended up paying $11.50, and they wouldn't accept the “Regency Rewards” card for the VIP screening.

I've been there just with a couple of friends and with a crowd, they have a great happy hour and the bees and food are good. The staff are always welcoming.
This is a place for atmosphere rather than food. Modeled after the famous Bogart film. It's on the second floor of the Regency theater.
The burger is the best one I have ever had. I like to eat in the dining room since it is quiet and I always get good service.
Great place to enjoy a friendly atmosphere where my grandson son and I enjoy new movies together.
