I have never been at this establishment before and didn't know that they charged a $2.40 surcharge on credit card. The lady was so rude when it didn't go through. I was wanting to put a certain amount on my card and pay cash for the rest. So I used my other credit card that went through but the lady at this place was still rude. This happened at 1:44 p.m. on 02/01/2024 at Ricks Pizza in Lodi at Lake wood Mall. Like I said I have never been there before and for the first time as a customer the service was terrible and oh yeah when I first called and asked about delivery they said they don't deliver. Yet when I parked they had We Deliver on their vehicles. What's up with that!
If I could give a zero I would. My friend and I got ice cream the tables were really nasty so we went to the outer seating at Rick’s a female worker told us we were fine then a young male worker came out and told us we had to leave if we are not buying anything. Thank you for being so nasty. I will never purchase pizza from here again. And without customers employees do not get paid. I have lived in Lodi my whole life . This used to be a good family town . Wonderful to raise your family in but this situation goes to show you the quality of life is in the dumps.
they would not allowed me and my friend in the store after stating that we are over the age of 18 and even offered to show my id , they were rude and insisted we did not enter the premises with no probable cause other then the fact they thought we were students which is rude and unfair because we were looking to enjoy food but were denied by a rude man
I've been visiting Rick's New York Style Pizza for nearly 20 years, and they serve some of the best pizza around. While it's not the most budget-friendly spot for feeding a large family—$99 for three medium pizzas is quite steep—the quality of their fresh ingredients makes it worth every penny. It's our go-to spot for a special date night.

I absolutely love the pizza at Rick's! My family makes the trip from Stockton to Lodi just to enjoy it because it's that delicious. The salads and breadsticks are also really fantastic!
