When they say they’re open until 8 PM, it doesn't seem to be the case. On two occasions, we arrived at 7 PM only to be informed by the staff member that they were closed. Initially, she stated their actual closing time was 7:30 PM, which would mean they should still be serving customers. Then she mentioned that it had been a slow night, a fact that seemed apparent when they were turning customers away. She went on to say that the server had already gone home, and then the cook decided to leave while we were waiting. The tomato soup that accompanied my meal was light and flavorful, elegantly presented with a swirl of an "R" drizzled on top, reminiscent of cream in a trendy café coffee. We also tried a Sunrise mamosa. While it was smaller than we expected, it was bright and bubbly, living up to its sunny name, and we didn’t mind the portion size at all. The prices were quite reasonable, too. As students, my girlfriend and I appreciated that nothing on the menu cost more than $20, which was a significant factor for us. Overall, the food was served quickly, the waitress was friendly, and we had a fantastic experience. We definitely plan to come back in the future.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt it necessary to share my experience, which was unfortunately quite disappointing. This wasn’t my first visit, and it seems things have not improved. Our server was inattentive, and to make matters worse, I found a long strand of hair cooked into my bacon. When I pointed this out to the server, no one offered an apology, and I was still charged for the extra bacon and sausage I ordered to replace the contaminated one. Because of this incident, I won’t be coming back.

The food was enjoyable, but I did have an issue with the drink service. It took us three requests to get glasses of water, as the staff seemed to prioritize other tables and we felt neglected until we were nearly done with our meals. For a family of three with a $50 bill, the service left something to be desired. I dined here about a month ago without any problems, so I wonder if they might have new staff in training. About ten minutes after we finished our meals, she finally emerged, glanced at us, and began mopping the floor. I had to wave her over again just to get our bill. When I left a tip, she rolled her eyes, which was quite disappointing. Overall, while the food was good, the service has definitely declined.

I went to PG excited to try Ricky's pancakes, but I was let down to find out they had shrunk and resembled toaster pancakes instead of being freshly grilled. The scrambled eggs were bland and appeared to be from a carton. I doubt I'll be coming back on my next visit.

The staff was friendly and we were seated right away. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Our waitress was also very nice. I will definitely return!

I had an exceptional experience with the service from Geena! She has a fantastic personality and took great care of me. I will definitely be returning!

This restaurant is a great breakfast spot. The food is quite tasty. It can get a bit busy since it's a shared location with other businesses.
