Don't go here if it's busy. And I'm not really sure what busy is as we didn't have to wait for a table to be seated. We waited for over an hour for our pizza to be served. It was good pizza but they clearly could not handle being almost full. Our waitress did not even acknowledge that our pizza slow in coming. The people at the table next to us had it even worse with what appeared to the manger coming over to say sorry for the delay as it was their busiest Sunday ever. They should have offered a complimentary beer or the like - but nothing was ever mentioned. To top things off, the staff, keen to get cleaned up and out of there started putting unused chairs on tables as people left. It certa...

We dropped in after a hike to the bluffs above Comox Lake (very cool). After 7, Tuesday night, less than half full. Simple drink order (two beer and a wine) took over 10 minutes...maybe seemed longer as we were thirsty. Ordered food: 45 minutes which was excessive given the place was very quiet and they claim to cook their pizza for a "full 20 minutes", but not 40!. Rigatoni while tasty (love the local pasta) was missing the tomatoes and most of the basil. The roasted veggie pizza, at 26.50 (?) was supposed to have zucchini, purple onion, and roasted pepper. None of these were visible. It appeared the mix was put through a food processor put on pizza then baked. Cool idea which we will try a...

This is the place we take visitors from out of town and also a regular haunt for take out when we know that we will be running late for dinner. The name (and bike theme in general) is a nod to the large mountain biking community in the village, which is surrounded by forest with many mountain bike trails. The whole restaurant seems like a labour of love with great attention paid to minor details even down to the bike parts used to hold the bathroom tissue. The food is excellent both in taste and presentation and they have consistently had staff who seem genuinely enthusiastic about working there. It's not the best option if you're in a hurry because it is popular but if you plan ahead or are...

First time trying Riders and we were not disappointed. We walked in and it was full so they took my name and phone number so we could wandered the area. Came back and we sat at the bar which was cool because we could watch the goings on in the kitchen. Onesize of pizza but lots of choices. Good selection of ciders and beer. The amount of take out was incredible but that did notdelay jus getting our pizza in a reasonable amount of time. Service was great. Staff were very friendly including one of theowners (headband) who chatted with us. We will certainly be back. Great place in Cumberland so give it a try. Reserva una mesa ahora

Just a great menu, lovely beer from across the street brewery and fabulous service. My only complaint is that it is hard to try all the food you want without getting too full, so I guess we have to go back again, and again. Really super menu and food and of course the original pizza's. We had the special that was pesto based, yams, carmelized onions and a bit of kale, oh my it was just the best. The new building renos are excellent, can't wait to get on the beautiful new patio

Two of us ordered a 13" Sasquatch pizza to share. Our server mentioned after we ordered our pizza that it would take about 30 minutes and suggested that order an appetizer to start. The restaurant was moderately busy and the pizza did take 30 minutes. The pizza was fresh, but for $24 wasn't the most flavourful one that I've had. Hubby tried a local beer which was decent.

the pizza was very good all the pizzas sounded good in their own way...we shared a vegetable large pizza. service was broken up, but overall ok, the drink selection is poor...they serve ceasars but no rum and coke......strange.....the beer choices are plentiful...the wine is only served in 6 ounce glasses....otherwise it's a comfy place for a relaxed meal....

The pizzas are amazing, but I think I have become addicted to the Warm Tuna Salad. The salad portion is green beans, asparagus and zucchini noodles with a warm lemon dressing on it, then seared tuna slices on the top. Reserva una mesa ahora
