I had left a note requesting one serving of cream cheese for the extra bagel I ordered for the next day, and while I did receive the side condiments, my pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese— which I was charged for and waited 40 minutes to receive—was missing.
I tried to leave feedback in the UberEATS app, but it only allowed me to rate the driver. So here I am voicing my frustration. The issue is particularly annoying because during my last order, they charged me for a whole tub of cream cheese on the side. It feels like they might be sneaking in extra charges or just don’t understand how the UberEATS system works.
After waiting 40 minutes for my order, I think it’s reasonable to expect...
I just ordered from here through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I paid extra for cheese, but it didn’t come with my order. I also specifically requested no tomatoes due to an allergy, yet my food was covered in them. The funniest part is that my receipt highlighted my order notes to add cheese and remove tomatoes, but they completely ignored those instructions. The potatoes were unappetizing, and the omelette was burnt. Overall, it was a waste of money, and I won’t be ordering from here again.
I think I just had the best bagel sandwich of my life! I was in the area looking for breakfast and decided to search for the best bagel sandwich nearby. That's when I found Ridge Road Hot Bagel, and I'm so glad I did. It was my first visit, and I ordered the Western Omelet on a whole bagel. The bagels are baked fresh on-site, and they have a wonderfully soft and chewy interior with a beautiful golden crust. If you’re in the area, definitely try one or two sandwiches!
I’ve gotta say that unfortunately this location isn’t the same anymore. Bagels are no longer fresh and this is after picking up on an early Sunday Morning. The Asiago cheese bagels we ordered ahead of time were wrapped in plastic as if they were already a day or so old. We didn’t think much of it until my wife told me that it tasted dry and stale. I really want to update my review and hoping they don’t sell out of date bagels.

Terrible customer service. I called ahead with my order but when I got there they said we got disconnected??? Food was not ready had to wait 15 minutes to find out my order was never even done. This is 2nd time happening, food is good but the service and their attitude are just terrible I do not recommend this place try Bob's bagels in Lyndhurst they're much better
The bagels had a nice crunch on the outside, although I felt they could use a bit more. Inside, they were light and fluffy. Overall, I enjoyed the flavors, and the Cinnamon Raisin bagel was quite tasty, though I think it could benefit from more cinnamon and raisins mixed in. Overall, I thought the place was good, and I'd definitely stop by if I'm in the area.
$13 for a TH+C on a bagel and Bagel w/ CCOrdered Olive CC got cinnamon raison or something else instead. I have been a customer for 10 years and am very disappointed. Used to be way better.
Without a doubt, one of the best bagels I've had in a long time! The bagels are truly exceptional. I always order the Blueberry Bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and it's amazing!

Please fix the ubereats page. Not allowed to input specific meat when adding extra meat option. Other that that, the food is great ??
Ordered an egg and Taylor ham sandwich without cheese. Put cheese on it. Waste of ten dollars. Don’t order from here.
