While cycling around the lake, we stopped at Reibels for a fantastic meal. One of the owners was there and he helped us to understand the choice of fish. He pulled out a plate and put several filets of the raw fish on it to show us and explain the differences. His English was great. We had been riding in the rain and the community style tables with everyone dining together was fun too. As an added extra, the fish delivery truck came while we were there and we saw the freshness of the catch - it was all still alive! I highly recommend this restaurant. Be sure to have the potatoes too - they are outrageous.
Just yesterday with friends having fishy lunch at this Imbiss restaurant.First, I was doubt and skeptish, because I don't like fish at all because of its smelly.As I ate my forelle fille, it was just surprisingly perfect as I wish. Very delicious ,spicy and quiet big portion . The price was in ordinary, friendly ambience as same as their service personal.I would like to come again just in case about fish art menu.Highly recommended!!!
Bei Riebels is an open air establishment connected to a fish store. Fresh fish is prepared before your eyes with most delicious results. Ideal for bikers, because parking for cars is limited, but it is worth the short walk from the parking lot of the St. George church which is well worth seeing as well. Beware of their early closing hour.

We joint this so called Besenwirtschaft, cause of a friends advise... and it was just great. Ok the surrounding and the furnisher was just totally simple but the food was amazing. Freshly grilled fish with a big tasty salad, was outstanding. A normal plate for 13,40€ just fair. Love this spot.
Best fried fish in konstanz , fresh and good marinated , friendly waitress . The only problem was the parking !!! There were just 3 or 4 parking for all costumers but most of time the restaurant is full !!!Agreeable price for food and drinks
If you love fish, you have to visit that place. Nothing better to sit there on a sunny day, drink a good glass of wine and have some local sea food. Extremely delicious and very good value for money! A must go!
Excellent fresh fish prepared many ways. I am from Florida where I can get good fish all the time and this restaurant didn't disappoint. I loved the rustic feel and the restaurant's location on the lake.

Tasty and fresh food which we all liked. The problem there is finding park space and table for seating.
