Great service! We were offered tastes of the beers before making our selections. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There is hard seltzer and hard cider on tap for non beer drinkers. A basic food menu is available. Everyone was also immediately given glasses and a carafe of water.There is limited parking behind the pub.There is a beautiful outdoor space.The bathroom was clean. Both are gender neutral. Beer cans available for take-out.

Beautiful simple local bar. Many special brews try. The food was fine, but no choice. Fish was good, but when he was asked for lemon for fish, there was no available. We have to try again in warmer weather to see if something is better. Parking: park on the back. Accessibility: Not recommended.

Awesome secret pub find! They have a beautiful place with the nicest staff and happily, no smoking or vaping on the property. It also doesn't hurt that they have excellent beers, a dog and family friendly outdoor area in a well maintained setting. We can't wait to go back!

I'm not sure how to evaluate. I had no beer in Broken Axe on weekends. I'm not a beer drinker, but my husband had a flight and that's definitely a beer I could drink. Now I just need to find it in Mifflin, Juniata or Centre.

The food for Oktoberfest was typical German fair. Great sausage and German potato salad. And you have to try the Round Hill Red Ale!
