We ordered two plates: one with curried goat, rice and peas, and vegetables, and the second plate with BBQ chicken, rice and peas, and three beef patties. Honestly, the flavors were on point and full of taste, but it was a bit too spicy for me! I never thought I would say that. I managed to eat half of my plate, while my partner finished his entire meal, even though he was sweating a little. I’ll save my remaining half for tomorrow. Oh, and the price was excellent.
THE STORE IS NOW OFFICIALLY OPEN!!! Business Hours: 10am-9pm Mon-Sat Closed sundays (for now) Rice and Peas and curry goat. FOOOD IS GOOODT nice serving size. Order a small and I was full before finishing it. So much flavor, this curry chicken here was so juicy, rice and peas not too soft nor to hard, FRESH. Yellow plantain sweet and soft and tasteful Looking fwd to the BBQ Jerk chicken next time I go. Everything on the menu is actually good
Don pay attention to ms Diamond's review...chuups...As of 10Aug22, they open the Stoughton location!! They also have a place in Mattapan square, for years mehson.GO and get you some pate, stewed chicken, rice beans, veg an don forget yeh Ting.?????
I'll be honest I think their patties are pretty trash, how unfortunate. My expectations were much higher... I mean I could go buy the same patties at market basket and make them in the oven Reserva una mesa ahora
I’ve been waiting for this place to open and it was well worth the wait. Goat curry was cooked and spiced to perfection along with the rice/beans and gravy. Meat patties were very good also.
This restaurant has never opened, despite saying that it is. I've passed by it countless times, and it's still boarded up on the inside and under construction.
The staff was very friendly, and the goat dish has become my new favorite. It's definitely worth trying, and I wish them all the best!
