Rila - Reservar una mesa

Went to this restaurant after reading good reviews. Showed up to a nearly empty restaurant and the gentleman said we could only sit at a 2 person high top for dinner. Asked if they had an English menu and said no. Then we asked if they could provide us a wifi password in order to try to translate the menu and he said it's not for public. Awful service and even worse attitude. Not how you give a restaurant a good name. I've worked in the service industry for years and this is **** service, even if you're having a bad day you don't treat a paying customer like garbage. Would not recommend going here. Little bald man was rude. *Restaurant Owner please take note that your employees don't like making your restaurant money.*

Ein Besuch im Restaurant Rila kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Essen war reichhaltig und sehr schmackhaft. Hier merkt man, dass die Speisen mit viel Liebe zubereitet und angerichtet werden. Die Weinkarte bietet eine Erlesene Auswahl Der Inhaber nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste und ist auch für ein Späßchen zu haben, ebenso das Servicepersonal, sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und aufmerksam wird man im Rila bedient und beraten. In netter Begleitung verging die Zeit wie im Flug und wir konnten dem Alltag für mehrere Stunden entfliehen. Vielen Dank für das Extra aus der Küche, welches nicht selbstverständlich ist. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch!

Ich bin Halbbulgarin und komme immer wieder gern ins Rila. Die Gerichte sind authentisch und super zubereitet, es gibt eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen, auch für Vegetarier. Am meisten freut mich immer wieder die Weinauswahl, da die bulgarischen Weine oft sehr viel Qualität für einen niedrigen Preis liefern - so auch hier.

Wouldn't go. Service was a complete joke. Man was rude and totally unhelpful. No English menu, no wifi to translate menu, no offer to help. I suggest the bald guy to get a happier outlook on life. You will bring no customers in with an attitude like that! Good luck! This place is as RUDE as they come! Would NOT recommend.

Went here on a Thursday night with 6 colleagues based on a recommendation from a local.We had a fair few bottles of a Bulgarian red wine which was delightful on the pallet.I chose the lammbraten and the bob! Both were absolutely delicious!The waitress was attentive and always ensured our wine glasses were full.
