Incredible fish dishes! Loved every dish and was piping hot. We visited in the pouring rain at end of October. No children’s menu so be careful our kids love fish so was easier. Only one menu on a board as you walk past. All the front seats were wet staff not switched on and left them to get wet. Fires could have been lit asap and took me to ask for them to be fired up. Only warmed up as we were leaving. It was freezing on the deck so book inside during winter. Asked for inside table but they said they weren’t available. 10 minutes later another family came and they got inside without pre booking so very confused. We all got blankets and staff warmed on the oven which as nice of them. High q...
Went here today on the off chance after wanting to visit for ages.. They were fully booked which was fair enough. We opted for a takeaway to have on the beach. There was no crab lobster or prawns on the menu very disappointing, we made an order just to say we had been really.. We eventually got our coffee, but there was no sign of the food. I went to pay for the coffee and cancel the food only to find it hadn’t even been ordered as it was 3 minutes to 12 when I went to order and they don’t start till 12.. just as well I cancelled the food or I might of been still waiting …. Three of us visited this beachside cafe and enjoyed the concept of seafood cooked on coal. I enjoyed my monkfish, but wasn't keen on the vegetable side and thought it was quite expensive at £28.00. My father had the summer vegetable empenada and enjoyed the empenada, but not the side dish it was served with, and my wife had fish empenada and enjoyed everything served to her. The concept of this beach shack is great and I think with a few tweaks it could be very good.
I had an amazing late lunch at this fantastic beach hut. My husband and I both enjoyed the Halibut and sole dishes, which were delicious. Special thanks to Jack for keeping us warm by tending to the fire. We also had some bottles of fizz to accompany our meal and spent a wonderful couple of hours watching the waves. We wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. The chefs here are incredibly talented and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

This high-end fish and chip restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a variety of interesting dishes beyond the traditional cod and chips. The atmosphere by the beach is very appealing, but eating a hot meal while seated in a deckchair can be inconvenient and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant evening at this beachside restaurant.
This really is a must. We travelled from Robin Hoods Bay to have our Anniversary lunch here and it was worth the travel Paul had the Hake and I had the whole Plaice both come with a side of potato salad and bread both agreed best fish we have ever had .Cant wait to call again keep up the good work AMAZING xxx
Fab location on the beach. Take the dog and eat fresh cooked local caught fish. Friendly staff but the food is the king. Oysters and john dory where great. Walk along the beach or visit the Priory.
The food at this restaurant is extremely expensive and not worth the price. The potato cubes were terrible, with burnt and greasy pieces. Overall, it was a complete waste of money.

Met friends here. Reputation well deserved. Already planning next visit. All four of us had monkfish wrap and mixed salad. Went back the following day for morning coffee. Superb.
