I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite their sign indicating that they accept credit cards, they refused to accept mine, which I found misleading and inappropriate. While the food might be popular, their treatment of customers left a bad impression. Even when I offered to show my ID and credit card to prove it was mine, they still declined to accept it. I definitely do not recommend this place; I felt as if I was being treated with suspicion for attempting to use my own card.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was quite rude, and I ended up spending $20 on burnt rice. When I asked for forks, I was given only one, and when I asked for more, they refused! What am I supposed to do with just one fork for two pounds of rice meant for five people? I will definitely not be coming back; the service was awful, and the food was even worse!

The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and quick. It was our first visit, and both the staff and manager were very helpful in guiding our choices. The restaurant is small, so it’s not the best spot to dine in, but it’s perfect for takeout!
Everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. I can't wait to order from here again soon. Thank you, Rincon Latino, for a wonderful dinner!
