We visited primarily to try the feijoada, Brazil's national dish, which is only served on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The staff kindly reserved a portion for us as it tends to sell out quickly. The dish, which includes a stew of beans, rice, farofa (toasted cassava flour), sautéed collard greens, and sliced orange, was delicious and hearty. The large pot contained chunks of tender pork and sausage, while the beans themselves were flavorful and rich. The farofa was a standout, adding a unique touch to the meal.

Food is not good at all!Unfortunately I have to give 1 star for this place. Very sad to say this is one of the worst experience s I have ever had for Toronto restaurants. Delightful place. It was my first time to give it a try with my friends. I ordered the Fried Cassava appetizer, Grilled Sirloin Steak main dish and Creme Brulee dessert. I have also had fresh lemon juice. Everything was so delicious and mouth-watering. The staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate your diet. Highly recommend it if you want to have a Brazilian food vibe.
I had a fantastic experience in this place, which has five stars. I was with my family, including our dog, and they helped us in a friendly comfortable way to have dinner outside. Oh, and the waiter brought some water to our dog, either. We loved all the incredible details, and of course, the menu is divine!

Rio40 is an outstanding Brazilian steakhouse that left me truly impressed! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Steak was really good for the price! Wasn’t expecting much but was really huge and tasty. I also like the valentines desert edition hopefully they could make it regular on their menu. Would come back!
The appetizers were delicious and a great portion size for 2 people, our main meals were good. We started outside but due to bees, more because of me, we went inside. Atmosphere outside is lovely.
I have no complaints about this restaurant. It hit all the categories for me. I would highly recommend the beef stroganoff.Also, the grilled appetizer platter is huge and delicious.

Very nice place and good Brazilian food. We had a feijoada and picanha. Amazing!Coxinha and dadinhos as starters are the best.Very good service.
