My wife and I have been going to Rio Bravo for three years and have never had a bad experience—until tonight. When we looked at the menu, I couldn't believe how much the prices have gone up. I used to always get the Marco Pollo, which was $16 for lunch or dinner, but now it's $22. Seriously? The chicken fajitas were $17 and are now $27. While the food has always been good, it's just too expensive now. We left without placing an order, and we won't be returning. I'm sure many others feel just as disappointed as we do.
Very nice atmosphere, the dining room and bar have handcrafted furniture everywhere. Happy hour is between 3-6 pm M-F. We had a late lunch and the food was delicious. The restaurant is using their full menu, which has an extensive margarita offering. One of the interesting points of interest is that the restrooms are unisex. Since we visited in January, it would be nice to visit when it's warmer. We think that they have an outdoor eating area.
I love Mexican food this place is my number one go to place. food is fresh and margaritas are so good. The staff is friendly and personable. Every experience is like being with family other who dine seem like regulars too and I'm always able to strikeup a conversation with other regulars who love these place.
Went here after finding that the Westport one is shuttered. Nice spot, the lunch is cheaper but filling and we had a vegetarian enchilada and a papa rellena. The chips were warm and salsa had a kick (Rio: in your salsa do you put Chipotle or something in the salsa? We were debating on the flavor. Really good.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is incredibly tasty, and the fajitas are exceptional. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. I consistently enjoy a wonderful meal every time I visit.
The ultimate margarita was great. Fresh and not too sweet and it was very special! The food was authentic and delicious. Steve, the waiter was sooo friendly! Thanks for a great evening!
On Thursdays, they offer classic margaritas for just $5! It's a relaxed spot—nothing too fancy, but very comfortable.
The happy hour here is incredibly generous. You definitely have to check it out!
