This small Indian restaurant located on the high street was disappointing. The food took a long time to arrive and was not hot, despite us being the only customers. The dishes were well presented and tasty, but the manager became unhappy when we asked for the bill and presented our taste card, which we had previously confirmed could be used. He insisted we should have ordered more food if we wanted to use the card, even though we had already ordered a substantial amount. This negative experience spoiled our evening and ruined our meal. Took some of the staff that work for me for an xmas meal at the Rishta in Sidcup, as one of my staff recommended it and it was convenient for everyone. There was a lot of staff available, but they seemed very disorganised considering the restaurant was not busy and no member of staff seemed to have a particular roll to play in serving. Even the bill when requested took 20 minutes to arrive, after several times of reminding them we had asked for it. The restaurant had a nice layout and food was ok, but it was definitely not the best Indian meal I had tasted. Price was reasonable for all the drinks and food we had, but I was hoping for better to be honest.
I consider myself a curry enthusiast, and this restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in the area. My cousin lives nearby, and I travel all the way from Essex just to dine at this curry house. I've tried many dishes, but my favorite is the North Indian special. I've never had a bad meal here. I highly recommend it!
I have eaten at this restaurant several times and have always loved the food. The menu offers a variety of options, but I always struggle to resist ordering the lamb chops (as a starter) and the lamb madras because they are so delicious! My wife and I always leave feeling satisfied and have a wonderful evening.

First words on leaving 'we 're never going there again '. A simply awful experience. Unless you like luke warm drinks, wrong orders, bland curry and slow service, do not eat here.
fantastic small square on the main road in sidcup. they have some mouthwatering dishes. from seafood to tender lambs. great ambience calculators are busy can require the booking.
