I ordered a red meat dish, while my wife opted for the fish. Given the upscale nature of the restaurant, we expected well-crafted side dishes to accompany our meals. Instead, what we received were vegetables and potatoes obviously sourced from the same kitchen bins. The beans were overcooked and contained several inedible stems, the carrots lacked flavor, and the potatoes were dry and mealy, in need of a sauce to enhance them. The fish was acceptable, but the beef was laden with unrendered fat and the sauce had a muddled flavor profile, with several conflicting tastes that did nothing to elevate the dish—though it did manage to liven up the potatoes. We thoroughly enjoyed and were impressed with this gem of a restaurant. Everything about Risposta is top-notch from the well-prepared and delicious food to the friendly and knowledgable service. What was just going to be a stop on our little Sunday drive became a fun adventure as we visited their on-location hens, walked through their vegetable and herb garden and toured their lovely second-floor hall and suite. This venue would be suitable for an endless number of occasions from casual get-togethers to weddings or business events. Risposta Bistro not only provides the best quality food, presentation and amazingly creative dishes, but delivers an entire experience from the time you walk in until you leave. It is a dining experience like no other.I have had the pleasure of dining at Risposta Bistro multiple times and each time the food is incredible and the service is unmatched! We hosted my bridal shower here in June 2023 and it was perfect. Patrick and Dmitry were wonderful to work with anything we wanted, they made it happen. The quality of the food was impeccable. From the homemade pasta to the arugula salad picked fresh from the garden that morning, they truly put so much thought and detail into each dish. All of my guests could not stop raving about the food. The service was also fantastic we had tons of staff helping ensure the day went smoothly. The private space was beautiful. The team even added decorative touches that complemented my theme. I highly recommend Risposta for any event. After my experience with them, I couldn’t imagine doing an event anywhere... I had an amazing experience during my walk-in visit to Risposta Bistro. Although I arrived in Campbellville not quite dressed for casual fine dining, I was eager to try their elevated lunch offerings. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was exceptional, the service was friendly and effortless, and I really appreciated being seated in the VIP area. I'll definitely be returning, and I can’t wait to try the menu again! This was our first visit to this Cambellville gem The menu is quite unique— we had difficult deciding. It was lunch time. I chose the small plates shrimp calamari. The presentation was exceptional wish I had taken a photo) and the taste was also. My partners penne in a vodka sauce was also excellent. Service was outstanding and the crowd there at 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon was testament to the popularity of this establishment.

Then we met Alex. He truly is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about him. He treated us like family, making us feel as if we were dining at a friend’s house. He offered great suggestions and even adapted some menu items to suit our vegetarian preferences. A chef's kiss! Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 dining experience, and I know I will be a regular here for many years to come!
